IDE-SATA08 is a Parallel ATA to Serial ATA Host mode Bridge Board featuring Marvell 88SA8052 Serial ATA bridge Controller. IDE-SATA08 is ideally suited for tailgate interface applications for converting Parallel ATA Host to Serial ATA host. Both ATA and ATAPI modes are supported using the same firmware. It allows SATA drive to be connected to ATA host controller. IDE-SATA08 provides the perfect solution for legacy ATA host controller to attach new SATA devices.
